Harvey Titanium - Processing Capabilities

Harvey Titanium acts as an intermediate producer, providing single source cutting and conversion from ingot or billet to specific dimensional needs. We supplement our services with a number of special processors and independent laboratories. All laboratories and processors maintain NADCAP certification and prime aerospace approvals.

Harvey Titanium can shear or saw cut straight lengths. Upon request, precision shearing is available for certain products. State-of-the-art CAD/CAM driven plasma cutting, laser and waterjet equipment is also available for intricate shapes in thicknesses from 0.015" to 6" in most materials.

In coiled, sheet and plate products, Harvey Titanium can level and cut up to 3/8" thick. In a wide variety of alloys, we have material in widths 36, 48, 60, and 72" wide to meet most industry specifications economically.

Harvey Titanium's sheared and "gauered" flat bar product capability offers additional non-standard size availability. Harvey Titanium has bar sawing capability to 26" O.D.

Other custom processing services offered by Harvey Titanium include plasma cutting in thicknesses up to 6", and cold band sawing up to 36" sections.

Harvey Titanium utilizes the latest software programs. For example, a Windows based software package enables our waterjet cutting machine to typically cut with accuracy of +/-0.030" and repeatability of +/-0.005". An added feature allows customer drawings to be imported via Internet e-mail directly into Harvey Titanium's system eliminating drawing errors or misinterpretations.
